Huawei has launched its Digital Oilfield IOT Solution at the ongoing Nigeria International Petroleum Summit in Abuja (NIPS20200. According to Huawei as Nigeria is one of the leading and oldest oil producers in Africa NIPS2020 therefore presents the opportunity to showcase Digital Oilfield IOT Solutions to the stakeholders in the oil industry.
The company said that Digital Oilfield IOT Solution has been proven to help oil and gas companies to achieve 2percent to 7 percent more yields; 5 percent to 9 percent higher recovery rate; and 5 percent to 20 percent less costs; which is also expected to bring growth to Nigeria oil and gas industry.
