Covid-19: NAPE Seeks Safety of Oil Workers

The Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) is to hold an online Seminar on how to ensure the safety of oil workers during this pandemic. The Webinar comes up this week, Wednesday, April 29. The Seminar will also explore opportunities that will help reposition the oil and gas industry post coronavirus pandemic.

The online Seminar is titled “Impact of COVID-19 on the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector – challenges and opportunities”

The guest Speaker at the talk show is Dr. Layi Fatona, FNAPE. He is expected to examine the importance of ensuring that oil workers remain healthy and safe during the pandemic. Also, the Seminar will highlight the Impact of covid-19 on job security.

NAPE noted that the issue of Job market and Securing investments are some of the lessons to be learnt after COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, repositioning Nigeria oil and gas industry for competitiveness post COVID-19 are also important issues to be x-rayed at the Seminar.
